久しぶりにみんなで走った。途中山道がありみんなで攻めた。攻めるようなバイクではないが。

洗い越しに遭遇。あんまこうゆうところないから楽しかった。靴はずぶぬれ。

ちょいのりが動かないとのことなので直す。初めてこのバイクに触れた。色々詰まっていたので、すべて清掃して動くようになった。カブとかわいさを比較してみる。

try to run at night. Mmm...what a gentle bike :)　Top speed is only 20 mph, though.

夜、試乗。ちょいのりは名前の通りのスピードと乗り心地。最大限に抵抗無くしても35キロしか出なかった。でも何か楽しかった。どのバイクでも良さがある。

What I got in USA is ”Do the thing seriously even if it's play or work or stupid thing.” I used to be thinking that I want some fun in my life. But Now I want to live my life seriously. Gotta keep it on my mind.

アメリカで学んだことは、遊びだろうが仕事だろうがバカなことだろうが、真剣にやるべきということでした。昔は人生ただ楽しみたいって思ってたけど、、でも今そういう考えに違う一面が出てきて、真剣になれる環境を築いていきたいって思えてきた。少しずつ形にしていこう。

I got a prize from Honda!! What a surprise!! This is a website called ”Honda Riders Voice” and here we can send our pics (honda motorcycle) to them. Once in month they pick the best pic. They chose mine this time lol. I'm honored to get this. Thanks, Honda.

what represent Japanese spirits.....

Spring has come here. This is my favorite "Tanka". That means short song(traditional Japanese culture: we say our feeling in 31 words).

the meaning is

 "If people asked what represent Japanese spirit, I would answer that is cherry blossom shone by rising sun."  

Sung by Norinaga Motoori in the eighteenth century.

春になった。好きな短歌を書いてみた。本来とは少し字は違うけども。これは本居宣長が晩年の自画自賛像に書き綴った短歌で、　

　

”日本の心とはどのようなものかと人に問われたら、私は朝日に照らされ輝く山桜の花のようなものだと答えるだろう”

という意味。江戸時代から今に至るまで、日本の情緒や風情というものは変わらずあるんだなと、この短歌を初めて見た時は感動した覚えがある。いやー素晴らしい.....。

yesterday once more....

One of my favorite artist is here. their song and voice always into my heart especially when i feel sad. That's "The Carpenters".　there are so many favorite songs but ill introduce this. 　 "Goodbye to love".

好きなアーティスト”カーペンターズ”　永遠に輝くアーティストだと思う。カレンは割と低い声なので頑張れば歌えるから好き。今日の歌　”Goodbye to love”　この歌は繋ぎが長いので、肺活量が試される。とても切ない歌詞で、夕焼け見ながら聞いたら泣くんじゃなかろうか(自分の場合)。 特にバラードとロックを掛け合わせるとというリチャードの発想が素晴らしく、間奏と歌の終わりからのギターソロが聴きごたえがある。
